Hi! I’m Estefania
If you are curious about how to pronounce my name, here is a short video with the sound. Or you can call me Stef.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Journalism and a Master’s degree in Neuromarketing (neuroscience applied to marketing, focusing on how people think, feel, and decide).
I am a communications and digital strategy professional with experience in government and the public sector, working at the intersection of storytelling, data, and community impact, with a practical focus on digital strategy, fundraising, and community engagement.
What I do
Strategy
Clarifying goals, shaping communication plans, and connecting the dots across teams, timelines, and outcomes.
Content
Writing, editing, and structuring messages that inform, engage, and feel human — always adapted to the audience and the medium.
Delivery
Campaigns, toolkits, press releases, infographics, social posts — built to scale, built to last, and built to make sense wherever they land.
A look back
While working with the Colombian government, I had the chance to travel across the country to places I never imagined, meeting people from every corner of Colombia’s rich and diverse culture.
I spoke with farmers, Indigenous leaders, and Afro-descendant communities, listening to their stories and learning more than I ever expected. It remains one of the most meaningful chapters of my career.
I was lucky to share that time with a videographer / photographer friend, José Barros, who documented our journeys with care and talent. Here’s a small glimpse into that unforgettable experience.
